How Outcome Pricing Works
You are only charged when Ned AI reaches a real, confirmed outcome. Escalations, when a conversation is handed to your team without a resolution, are always free.
One charge per conversation,only when it counts
Every conversation Ned AI handles has one possible billing event: a confirmed outcome. If Ned AI doesn't reach a defined outcome, say, the caller hangs up mid-conversation, or the conversation is transferred to your team without resolution, you are not charged. No outcome, no charge.

What counts as an outcome
There are four billable outcomes. Each one reflects a clear, verified result. Not an assumption, not a silence, not a technicality.
The conversation ends with the customer's issue fully addressed, no further action needed from your team.
Ned AI answered the question, solved the problem, and closed the loop. The customer left satisfied without a handoff.
Ned AI completed a defined workflow such as booking an appointment, confirming a form, or collecting specific information, and then transferred the conversation to a human as intended.
The handoff was the goal. Ned AI did everything up to that point and delivered a warm, structured transfer.
The conversation was transferred to your team without Ned AI reaching a defined outcome.
This is never billed. If your team needs to take over before an outcome is reached, that's exactly what escalation is for and it costs you nothing.
What we don't count as an outcome
Some tools bill for customer silence. If a user goes quiet after the last AI reply, they call it a “resolution.” We don't. Silence is not an outcome. A confirmed result is.
Simple, predictable billing
The minimum commitment is 150 outcomes per month. The equivalent of running a real volume of conversations.
Resolutions and procedure handoffs are each charged at $1.99.
No contracts, no hidden fees. Full platform access is included from day one. You can build, test, and iterate without being charged for setup, failed conversations, or escalations. You pay only when Ned AI delivers.
Usage costs by channel
Outcome pricing covers what Ned AI resolves. Underlying channel usage, including calls, texts, and numbers, is billed separately at cost.
